ZeroFox is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our sales personnel to provide technical expertise that drives new and existing business during the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen and technical knowledge, allowing them to effectively communicate product benefits and facilitate a seamless pre-sales experience for our clients. You will be responsible for demonstrating the ZeroFox platform, conducting proof of concepts, and customizing technical presentations to meet client needs in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insight and addressing client questions or concerns regarding ZeroFox solutionsEngage in technical pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proof of concept executions, and strategic presentations to both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaborate with Product Management to gather essential feedback from customers and contribute to product refinement and enhancementEducate channel partners and customers on technical capabilities and best practices concerning the ZeroFox platformMaintain an extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and the competitive environment to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the marketParticipate in customer meetings and workshops to develop technical architectures tailored to specific business requirementsAssist in the development of technical documentation and sales collateralRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity domainArabic FluencyProven experience and track record in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical salesStrong familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM products, and security information managementDemonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesProficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with REST APIsExcellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholdersStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partnersExceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and innovationProfessional AttributesHigh degree of integrity and professionalismEffective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with the ability to work independently when neededStrong organizational skill and meticulous attention to detailA proactive approach to identifying opportunities and providing solutionsBenefitsCompetitive compensationCommunity-driven culture with employee eventsGenerous time off Comprehensive health benefits & 401(k) plan with employer contributionRespectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational cultureAbout UsZeroFox is on a mission to make the internet safer for all.
