We design complete treatment systems by integrating our core technology with tailored approaches to ensure optimal performance.We're a team of driven, curious minds from all around the world, brought together by this shared purpose.The opportunityWe are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Manager, experienced in technical sales within water treatment industry, excited about joining Oxyle’s start up journey and drive sustainable, profitable growth for the company.In this hands-on role, you will develop and execute sales strategies in line with Oxyle’s mission and goals, actively drive key deals from initial interest to closure, design custom-made proposals, negotiate and close high-value contracts. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will represent Oxyle in the market and strengthen our market leadership.You are excited to apply your technical and commercial expertise to build overtime a high- performing sales team while advancing Oxyle’s mission to create a positive environmental impact through our innovative solutions that address PFAS contamination.Your key responsibilities Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives. Identify new prospects and partners, engage with strategic leads, lead negotiations and close high-value deals.Own and manage the sales pipelines, ensuring disciplined forecasting, CRM accuracy and actionable reporting to the CCO and the leadership team.Translate complex technical PFAS customer challenges into clear, customized propositions and draft proposals in collaboration with the tech team for customer success and profitable growth.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key players, industry associations, regulators and opinion leaders.Represent Oxyle at industry events, conferences and trade shows as a credible ambassador for our mission and technology.Stay current on water industry standards, competitor landscape and emerging technologies.Develop strategic lighthouse customers as long-term references for Oxyle’s impact.Build overtime a high-performing sales team, mentor team members, develop sales playbooks, for scalable growth.Leverage customer feedback and market insights to guide the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities and suggest innovations.Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing and Operations teams to align messaging, refine product-market fit, and deliver compelling and profitable solutions.RequirementsWhat you need to bring to the role8 years of technical sales experience in water industry.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemicals engineering, environmental sciences, or related field.Proven track record in consultative technical sales and closing complex B2B deals in the water treatment industry.Familiarity with long-cycle solution sales and tender-based procurement.Strong network in industrial, waste and wastewater treatment sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.Experience in building and managing sales team in a fast-growing company.Fluent (C1 OR C2) in English and German (French is a plus).Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.Your mindsetGrowth mindset turning challenges into opportunities.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach.Innovative mindset, ability to show agility and resilience in fast-paced startup environment.Entrepreneurial and hands- on, able to work autonomously and build structure in an evolving environment.BenefitsWhat we offer25 days paid holidays and Winter Recharger.Generous retirement plan.Participation in Oxyle’s Employee Stock Option Plan.Public transport subsidies.Flexible and trust-based working hours with the option of working from home when needed.Opportunity to scale the sales function from the ground up under an experienced CCO.Team events and team-building activities throughout the year.Entrepreneurial company with a non-hierarchical mindset.A passionate and international team where you can move the needle to create a sustainable impact.An open and welcoming culture where diverse perspectives are valued, and your individuality and input are always considered.Modern, well-equipped office spaces designed to support both collaboration and focus.Opportunity to help you develop valuable soft skills.Apply for this jobThis website uses cookies to improve user’s experience, personalise ads and analyse traffic.
