Established Search is working in partnership with a dental brand specialising in the production and supply of premium quality dental materials used worldwide by dental professionals. We are looking for a Sr. Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts across the LATAM region.As Sr. Regional Sales Manager – LATAM, you will take full ownership of commercial activities across Latin America and the Caribbean. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead and manage B2B sales activities throughout the region Your mission is to build new expand the distribution network and create new commercial channels to effectively introduce new product lines and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for the region.Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet revenue and market share goals across LATAM.Build and manage strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental clinics and group practices (DSOs).Oversee and support local distributorsTravelling throughout the region attend trade shows and meet distributors and end usersCoordinate and lead training, workshops and educational activitiesPerform market analysis to remain up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and product management to localise campaigns and support product launchesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience with dental materials or restorative products.Strong knowledge of the LATAM dental landscape, including distribution networks and clinical environments.Fluency in Spanish and EnglishHighly self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.Comfortable working independently and travelling frequently across the region.
