We are now looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Scientist to join our Competence Center Influenza (CCI) and help shape the future of vaccine innovation.Your ImpactAs Senior Scientist, you will lead scientific initiatives that support and improve influenza vaccine production. You’ll work at a strategic level, designing solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and contributing to regulatory documentation. This is not a hands-on lab role, but a high-level scientific position requiring broad expertise and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead scientific projects and troubleshoot production or QC challengesDesign and oversee experimental plans, monitor progress, and report findingsContribute to CMC documentation and regulatory submissions (eCTD)Represent CCI in cross-functional teams and drive improvement initiativesSupport the annual influenza vaccine update processWhat You BringMaster’s or PhD in a relevant scientific fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryStrong background in CMC and scientific writingSolid understanding of vaccine production and analytical techniques (e.g., USP/DSP, protein characterization, molecular biology)Strategic mindset with excellent communication and project leadership skillsFluency in English.
