Job DescriptionThe PositionThe Sr. Specialist Fleet Procurement & Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the Fleet Program in the LATAM region. This role involves supervising E2E fleet Management Process by developing proactive risks management strategies, managing fleet suppliers, developing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring high-quality service standards aligned with safety and security requirements as well as costs efficiency.The ideal candidate will have a background in Fleet Operations Management and Procurement Responsibilities Establishing robust supervision of the fleet program to ensure proactive oversight and identify potential risks early, thereby safeguarding the company's interestsEnsuring Alignment with Global Fleet StrategiesPartnering with Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders to build robust SOPsSupervise suppliers' service delivery and serve as escalation contact for market stakeholders.Developing and implementing sourcing strategiesEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize expenditureConduct data analysis to track and report on procurement metrics, performance, and trends for continuous improvement.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (HR/Finance/Security)Required Education, Experience And Skills 3+ years of experience in Fleet Operations Management.3+ years of Procurement and Supplier Management.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent.Customer focus with service-oriented mindset.Ability to develop, articulate, and build support around a long-term vision and implement against milestones needed to drive realization of that vision.Fluency in EnglishEffective Communication Skills (Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills.)Preferred Education, Experience And SkillsA positive, engaging disposition with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision.Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.What We OfferAttractive Base Salary.Direct Contract.Above - Standard Benefits.Learn & Growth opportunities.Employee care and Wellbeing.Secondary Job DescriptionWho We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
