Job TitleSr. Staff Supplier Quality EngineerLocation Seoul, KoreaAbout the companyA global clean energy company pioneering next-generation fuel cell and electrolyzer technologies.We provide sustainable and resilient power solutions to leading enterprises worldwide.ResponsibilitiesLead supplier quality management for mechanical, electrical, or chemical component suppliers.Evaluate new suppliers and production capabilities, identifying improvement opportunities to meet company’s quality standards.Review supplier PPAP, FMEA, GR&R, and GD&T documentation for process readiness.Drive supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions using structured methodologies (8D, RCA, CAPA).Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure process validation and production readiness.Lead quality improvement projects and deliver measurable cost and process benefits.Support global new product introduction initiatives and ensure early supplier involvement.Conduct on-site supplier visits across Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia (20–40% travel).Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or supplier development.Demonstrated hands-on experience with QMS auditing, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis.Strong technical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and supplier relationship management.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsClear and persuasive communication across global teamsTechnical excellence and analytical mindsetFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentInnovative problem-solving and process improvement approachPreferredASQ CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt certificationContactSoobin Ahn, Senior Perm Consultant+82.2.6200.9767Soobin.ahn@adecco.com
