Sr. Talent (HR) Business Partner (remote)

JOB SCOPEThe incumbent works independently, applying sound judgment and decision-making skills. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business outcomes while fostering a thriving workplace. The role requires high collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities may shift among business partners based on operational needs and fit.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering, talent management, or organizational development.Proven success partnering with corporate leaders and business units on talent strategies; technology sector experience highly preferred.Strategic thinker capable of aligning talent initiatives with business objectives.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations is a plus.Strong consultative and coaching skills with the ability to influence leaders and employees.Proficiency in HR technology, analytics tools, and workforce planning software; advanced Excel skills highly desired.In-depth knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.Collaborative mindset, building partnerships to meet shared objectives.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.Ability to work in a standard office environment requiring extended periods of sitting and use of office equipment such as keyboards, copiers, and telephones.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
