Mahmud Group. is looking for Sr. Technician / Technician - WashJob Description / Responsibility Oversee daily technical operations and maintenance tasks Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Install, configure, and repair equipment and systems Lead and mentor junior technicians Document technical procedures and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with other departments for technical support Provide training and guidance to staff Monitor system performance and implement improvements Stay updated with industry trends and new technologiesAssessment from preproduction and customer comments implementation to the bulk.Make sure the bulk production feasibility and the required quality dry process and wet process.Responsible for approval lots regarding the Garment Dry process (Whisker, Scraping, Laser).Participate in Garment PPM meetings and make comments related to Dry process issues.look after Spray Quality Section in order to minimize defects and control spray issues concerned with quality and production.Monitoring all reports related to Quality, Measurement, and Shade related issues daily.Shade band reviews before submitting to the customer, washing evaluation subsequently.Evaluate the shade bands and take approval from the buyer wash technician who works in the buying house.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Problem Solving, Working under pressure, Leadership and teamwork, Honest and dedicated, Analytical and Decision making abilityExperience Requirements7 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,Textile,Group of Companies,Washing FactoryAdditional RequirementsProven experience as a technician or similar role Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead and mentor team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Relevant technical certifications are a plus Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.Job LocationDhaka (Ashulia)
