Assist with user account management and software installations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues and resolutions. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve service delivery. Qualifications: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience in IT support or a related field. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude. Relevant certifications (e. g. , ITIL, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
