Role DescriptionSt Brelades Bay Hotel is seeking a committed & proactive Bar Manager to lead our bar team in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you thrive in a high-energy environment . This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and implementing sales strategies. Responsibilities include training staff, developing beverage menus, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Supervise and manage all bar operations, including staff scheduling and training.

Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Oversee the preparation of beverages and cocktails, ensuring high-quality service and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings, enhancing the overall guest experience. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without over-ordering. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
