Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system. Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required. Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Data Entry role, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Media & Entertainment industry. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
