Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing investment briefs, property packs, and cash flow models for client meetings Conduct market and suburb research to support property strategy development Coordinate and schedule client consultations, strategy reviews, and follow-ups Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Support the strategist in liaising with internal teams (mortgage, legal, admin) to ensure smooth processes Help track key project and client milestones across the investment journey Contribute to property analysis and reporting tasks as needed About You 1–2 years of experience in real estate, finance, admin support, or client services Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable with numbers, research, and working with digital tools (e.
