We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Treasury team within the Finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our financial operations — ensuring the Group’s liquidity, managing FX exposure, and supporting strategic treasury initiatives. About the RoleAs a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in our daily treasury operations and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners. You will report to the Head of Treasury and be part of a three-person team. The primary workplace is located in Helsinki (Tripla), with excellent public transport connections.
Our Stockholm office is also a possible location for this role. The position is full-time and permanent. Key Responsibilities of the Role• Daily liquidity planning and cash management• Monitoring group currency exposures and executing FX trades• Ownership and maintenance of Treasury systems• Supporting continuous improvement of Treasury processes• Managing group KYC (Know Your Customer) responses• Handling Guarantees and Trade Finance matters• Collaborating with business units and finance teams (e. g. , Energy Trading, Commodity Risk Management, Accounting, Controlling)• Liaising with banks on FX and cash management topicsWhat We’re Looking For• University or Polytechnic degree in Finance or Economics (M.
Sc. or B. Sc. ), or final-year student in a relevant field• 1–4 years of experience in a Treasury or similar finance role• Strong attention to detail and precision• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines• Curious and proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish and Swedish are clear assets)• Good skills in the MS Office package, especially Excel• Preferably experience with Nomentia, Treasury systems, and Power BIWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values continuous learning and innovation.
