Job informationDivision/Unit: Football / Football OperationsContract type: PermanentStart date: 01.12.2025Application deadline: 01.11.2025Main goalThe Stadium Administration Assistant supports in all activities and processes relating to stadium inspections and stadium approvals for UEFA competitions, ensuring that UEFA matches are held in stadiums that meet the necessary requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the stadium approvals process for assigned competitions, sourcing, organising and checking stadium information and entering, correcting and validating data in TIME, UEFA’s online information exchange platformOrganising stadium inspections: identifying stadiums, appointing inspectors and Football Operations specialists as required, performing administrative tasks relating to travel and expenses, writing and proofreading inspection reports and ensuring the necessary follow-up ahead of the next UEFA matchProviding support to stadium inspectors (information, advice, documents, etc.) and organising workshops as requiredSupporting the Stadium Operations Supervisor with the stadium approvals process for UEFA men’s club competitionsLiaising with UEFA’s competition managers on stadium matters and regulationsKeeping match officers and the relevant UEFA units up to date on stadium-related information and issuesCirculating stadium-related information, reports and statistics as requiredSupporting and facilitating the coordination of stadium-related projectsSupporting colleagues in the Football Operations unit as required RequirementsExperience2 years in event organisation, sports management and project coordination2 years in a professional football environmentLanguagesEnglish / Proficient Fluency in other European languages would be an asset OtherDetailed working knowledge of the professional sports environmentAbility to build strong internal and external relationshipsExperience in major event planning and deliveryExtensive experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management toolsProven communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality reports and presentationsWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
