Channel the power of YOU and begin the journey to becoming a CSGer.What You'll DoTRANSFER PRICING AND GROUP RELATED ACTIVITIESRoutine monthly tasks:Processing of the Group's transfer pricing entries in line with the Group’s transfer pricing policyProcessing of the intercompany transactions/cross charges in line with Groups’ intercompany cross-charge policyEnsuring the elimination of the Group's intercompany entries (income statement and balance sheet)Identification of transactions causing imbalances and helping to resolve theseMaintaining monthly foreign exchange rates in OracleMonthly forecasting of Group Bonus accrualsMonitoring B-BBEE expenditure and objectives in line with company guidelines and updating forecast as requiredReview and update of local entity NPAT forecastACCOUNTING:Preparation of monthly flash cash reporting for the GroupPreparation of monthly accounts receivable reporting for the GroupPreparation of monthly Group loans reportingPreparation of quarter end reporting deliverablesProcessing of monthly Group allocations journalsAccounts preparation and complianceCertification of account balances in BlacklineOTHER:Deal with internal audit requestsGeneral accounting support provided to regional accounting teamsMaintenance of master data changes in OracleIdentify and implement process improvementsAssist with B-BBEE annual budget allocationAssist with annual B-BBEE certification auditAd Hoc analysis/ reporting on an ‘as requested’ basisYou Should HaveA completed BCom in Accounting or equivalentA qualified CA (SA), CIMA, or currently pursuing either designation3 to 5 years of working experienceSAICA Articles experience (Advantageous)Experience in a global, multi-cultural business environmentExperience in dealing with internal and external auditorsExperience in B-BBEE legislation (Advantageous)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant softwareOracle knowledge an advantageEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulationsAbility to work with precision and maintain high standards of accuracy.Who Will Love This JobA trusted team player – You foster a respectful and inclusive environment and value diverse voices.A growth driver – You are eager to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.A game changer – You embrace innovation and push boundaries in digital media.A communicator – You translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.Location(s):ZA.Cape Town.Office
