This role is ideal for candidates who have recently cleared their CA Foundation (2025) or have cleared both the groups and are looking to build a career in the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations including disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.Prepare and record journal entries to support timely month-end close.Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts.Review and process employee expenses and vendor payments.Ensure accurate categorization of expenses and transactions.Assist in statutory compliance and timely payment of dues.Support internal audits and external financial reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accruals, vendor management, and contract reviews.Contribute to monthly financial and management reports.Assist in preparing cash flow projections and budgeting.Qualifications:CA Foundation cleared in 2025 o or both groups cleared.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).Strong analytical and Excel skills.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Tally, Zoho).Good communication skills in English.Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.Preferred Attributes:Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Flexibility to collaborate with teams across time zones.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Exposure to global financial operations and reporting standards.Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, inclusive workplace.The opportunity is now!
