We're seeking a Staff AI/ML Engineer to architect and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions at enterprise scale, leveraging deep expertise to solve complex problems, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment.What You Will DoLead AI/ML architecture discussions and drive technical strategy for organizational AI initiativesArchitect and implement large-scale AI/ML systems including LLM deployments, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise platformsOwn end-to-end delivery of major AI/ML projects from research through production deploymentMentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists while influencing technical standards across the organizationChampion MLOps best practices, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive responsible AI governanceRequired Skills & Experience7+ years AI/ML engineering experience with university degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalentDeep expertise with Large Language Models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systemsExpert-level experience deploying AI systems at scale with strong MLOps, governance, and monitoring practicesAdvanced Python skills and AI/ML frameworks with proven ability to design complex systems and microservices architecturesAdvanced AWS/cloud knowledge for AI workloads, distributed computing, and containerization technologiesStrong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to mentor teams and drive technical strategyDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience with tool-using AI agents, autonomous systems, and advanced reinforcement learningModel optimization techniques, distributed training strategies, and experimental designAI research experience, technical publications, and open source contributionsUnderstanding of AI product development cycles and transformation initiativesCollaborative mindset with an appreciation for authenticity and diverse perspectivesWhat We OfferLead AI/ML initiatives affecting millions of users globally while working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to groundbreaking research.
