About The RoleAs Staff Analytics Engineer, you will be a senior technical expert, mastering both the data engineering and analytics. You will own the end-to-end data pipelinefrom data ingestion to delivering high-impact insights. To achieve this goal, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the squads to understand their unique business needs.What You Will DoWork with various stakeholders to understand the business context and the current business challenges.Develop data marts and analytics dashboards to give visibility to key leaders (decision makers) about business performance.Own the analytical lifecycle for new product features, from defining event tracking, to forecasting potential impact, to conducting post-launch test analysis.Performs analysis using a statistical approach to answer deeper questions and generate actionable insights that may not have been answered in the existing dashboards to support business in decision making.Implement LLMs to accelerate insight generation, automate regular insight reports, and improve the overall efficiency and impact of the data function.Proactively identify and resolve performance and cost inefficiencies in data warehouse.What You Will Need6+ years in data analytics, engineering, or analytics engineering, with at least 2+ years operating at Senior or Staff level.High proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and Python.Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture with data transformation performance tuning and cost optimization.Possess strong in solving problems using quantitative and statistical approaches (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing).Possess structured critical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise and actionable manner.Have a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.Ability to exercise independent judgment when dealing with competing priorities.Experience leveraging LLM APIs to automate analytical tasks, summarize insights, or improve workflow efficiency is a plus.Familiarity with data infrastructure (e.g., CI/CD, orchestration) is a plus.Required SkillsSQL, data visualization (Tableau), data warehouse & modeling, Python, statistics, LLM concept.About The TeamData team is structured to embed directly within business tribes, with each member acting as the dedicated data partner for their tribes.
