This includes simulating, optimizing and floor planning DRAM circuits. In this position, you will collaborate with Micron’s world-wide design and verification teams and support the efforts of multi-functional teams such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design HBM products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best performance, power, cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToContributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuitsParasitic modeling and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments and required tape-out revisionsCoordinating and handling the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routingPerforming verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulatorsContributing to cross group communication to work towards standardization and group successWorking with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of productProactively solicit feedback from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design qualityDriving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic work environmentSuccessful Candidates For This Position Will HaveKnowledge of CMOS circuit design, device physics and experience in Finesim and/or HspiceKnowledge in verilog modeling and simulation toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsA self-motivated, phenomenal teammate who enjoys working with othersGood communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts with peers in verbal and written formExperience with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)RTL circuit design experience is a plus.Required ExperienceBSEE or greaterJob title and level can scale depending on experience and qualificationsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
