If you are an experienced people manager looking to own a critical piece of the business then this role is for you.What You’ll DoOwn the core applications facing our end users and internal stakeholders for our credentialing and monitoring systemPerformance manage direct reports and lead the team to achieving their objectives and outcomesOperate as both a player and coach by owning the team’s backlog while still contributing to the code baseProvide technical leadership and career development opportunities for reportsDefine and iterate on team agile team rituals and processes (stand-ups, groomings, planning meetings)Oversee the monitoring/alerting of our highly available systemsEnsure your teams are available and able to provide support to our clients via our on-call rotationWhat You’ll Need8+ years of enterprise software development experience building full stack SaaS platformsProven track record of delivering high quality enterprise SaaS platform in a high stakes environmentProven track record of leading your teams to deliver on time with an ability to account for an overcome unknowns and uncertaintyExperience delivering great experiences with modern UI and UX given limited guidanceExperience building and delivering APIs for SaaS platformsExperience delivering SaaS applications that scale and perform with low latency and high throughputStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of unit and integration testing as a part of your software development processes (CI/CD)Bonus points if you:Have experience with a microservices architectureDeveloped in environments with large amounts of dataExperience with healthcare data and/or working with PIIPerformed testing of the code you delivered to ensure it is of high qualityTools/TechnologiesReactNodeJSJava experienceGoogle Cloud PlatformJest and CypressGit and GithubSentrySnykJiraSlackAt Certify, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
