Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer to Overseas applicants at this time - NMC registration required.The team at Warwick Hospital Intensive Care Unit are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Band 5 to join our Intensive Care family.You will be joining a team of skilled and highly motivated staff who provide excellent quality care within our 6 bedded ICU. Our team provide a 24/7 service and therefore the post holder will be required to work a full selection of shifts including long days, nights and weekends.The post is an excellent opportunity to advance your clinical knowledge and skills further in the intensive care speciality. The successful candidate will be provided with a supernumerary period and induction and you will have opportunity to attend a wide selection of in house study days. Your personal and professional development will be supported at all times by a dynamic and friendly ICU team.At this time we are looking for candidates who are already qualified nurses with experience in acute settings.The post holder is required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of evidence based nursing care within the critical care area.To assist in the overall daily management of the ICU.To ensure that all Trust standards are maintained and monitored to improve the quality of care to all whom come into contact with services provided by South Warwickshire NHS foundation Trust.To liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team so as to coordinate and deliver a high standard of patient care for a span of duty.To utilise practical and academic opportunities to become a skilled critical care nurse.Come and join a Trust rated Outstanding by the CQC.
