Staff Nurse in their role across the span of his /her dutiesMaintain professional and ethical standards and set a high standard of resident careAdhere to NMBI guidelines on the administration of medical preparations and the 'Misuse of Drugs Act'Work as part of a team having regard to the individual team members and an appreciation of their contribution to the teamMaintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels within Haven BayMaintain strict confidentiality of all information acquired during the course of your work at Haven BayDeliver Induction training to new nursing and care staffEnsure that each resident has individualised assessments based on their specific needs, that each resident has a person centred care plan implemented, evaluated and modified as their care needs changeEnsure all nursing care is individualised and holistic to meet resident's needsDevelop and promote good relationships with residents and their families communicating effectively with them and ensuring that they are informed of any changes as appropriateSupervise and allocate duties to care assistantsHaven Bay Care Centre is based in Kinsale, co.
