As we enter our next growth phase, we seek a strategic, yet hands-on and commercially-minded Staff Product Manager to own and evolve our Vivino Premium subscription experience.Owning The Heart Of The Premium ExperienceWe are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Vivino’s Premium product—the heart of our subscription experience that helps wine lovers deepen their knowledge, enjoy personalized discovery, and unlock exclusive benefits when they buy and explore wines on Vivino.In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Vivino Premium. You will shape how millions of users transition from free discovery to engaged, paying members—improving retention, lifetime value, and brand loyalty. You will collaborate closely with Data, Design, Engineering, and our Commercial teams to build habit-forming experiences that make every user feel valued.The successful Staff Product Manager will be directly accountable for the growth and success of the Premium offering by:Owning the Premium funnel end-to-end, driving measurable improvement in subscriber conversion, retention, and Lifetime Value (LTV)Defining and executing the product roadmap with a focus on high ROI features that elevate the value perception of PremiumBuild and grow AI-based functionality and experiences to be widely used by our usersDriving a data-informed experimentation culture to continuously identify and scale what makes users convert, engage, and stay subscribedBuilding and evolving a holistic state-of-the-art Premium offering and experience designed for our most engaged users, while constantly improving main KPIsTranslating customer insights from user behavior and market research into clear, actionable opportunities and well-defined product decisionsPartnering strategically with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the businessLeading your cross-functional team with strong product craft, prioritizing initiatives for maximum business impact, and ensuring clarityDo you have a product discovery mindset focused on strong collaboration, who is not afraid to work hands-on?While we prefer not to confine anyone within rigid categories, we believe you will thrive and succeed in this position if you can effectively showcase your experience or aptitude in the various aspects outlined below.We seek a leader who embodies both strategic vision and relentless execution. Finally, you lead with genuine user empathy, consistently translating deep customer needs into valuable and indispensable product features.Furthermore, We Would Think You Can Demonstrate The FollowingSeveral years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing tech, with a minimum of a couple of years specifically focused on subscription, freemium, and AI-driven products, or monetization productsProven success in driving key business metrics like engagement, conversion, and retention through rigorous A/B testing and deep user insightsExpertise in product discovery, with a strong track record of finding and validating new user and business opportunities to create sustained valueFluent in core subscription and growth metrics (e.g., conversion, Retention, LTV) and experienced with hypothesis-driven product developmentExperienced in thriving within a cross-functional environment and demonstrating the ability to inspire and lead without direct authorityA passion for building delightful, data-informed consumer experiences is essential; an interest in wine is a significant plus.Working at VivinoWorking at Vivino is challenging, fun, and rewarding.
