Our team of 100+ passionate builders focuses on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.Role SummaryWe're looking for a Staff Product Manager, Monetization & Growth to lead our monetization and growth strategic objective. You'll optimize the full user acquisition and monetization funnel while leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation across multiple squads. You’ll also manage and lead the product success group, building products and experiences to drive retention through world class customer support.Compensation: 100.000-140.000 + Stock-Options/BSPCELocation: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)About The RoleLead the monetization and growth strategic objective, working with multiple squads and growth managers to drive revenue and user acquisition across mobile and web platformsOptimize the full user acquisition and monetization funnel, from top-of-funnel growth to feed engagement, retention mechanics, and revenue optimization through data-driven experimentationDefine and prioritize the roadmap for growth and monetization, leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation to maximize paid subscriber revenueOwn customer support surfaces and AI tooling to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn, treating support as a critical retention leverLead a large portfolio of growth and monetization bets, managing experimentation velocity and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on key business metricsAbout You7-10 years PM experience with demonstrated growth and monetization impact, including proven ability to manage acquisition, activation, and retention levers in mobile and web productsTrack record of leading and influencing multiple squads through fast experimentation and iteration, with expertise running A/B tests across diverse platformsStrong customer orientation and retention mindset, ideally having worked closely with customer support surfaces as a retention lever to drive satisfaction and reduce churnData fluency with proven ability to analyze and optimize funnels to find growth opportunities, making decisions based on rigorous experimentation and quantitative analysisExperience leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation at scale, with ability to balance short-term revenue goals against long-term product healthIf you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply.
