As Staff Specialist Production Logistic Planning, you're the primary liaison between Backend and Division, responsible for managing demand and capacity alignment, confirming delivery schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and drive business success.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Weekly delivery performance & WIP management by well coordination of internal and external counterparts to achieve high qualify planning resultsWeekly alignment with Business Unit for loading in following 3 weeks and 6 months within the mutually agreed capacity commitmentClose alignment of the production plan with the Operations, monitorthe execution and engage proactively in resolving potential issues in timely mannerFast execution & high quality commitment to Business Unit for any urgent & critical cases to support customer requirementWork together with Business Unit and project manager to fully support ramp up, safe launch arrangement & successfully fulfill customer requirement Align with Business Unit for capacity allocation for sample orders to support new product release and new business development based on priority Be the main counterpart for communication of delivery situations with the DivisionLead/co-lead projects that make the organization leaner and fasterYour ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:A Bachelor Degree degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration with the focus on Supply Chain or equivalent from recognized universitiesExcellent English proficiency in written and oralSelf initiative, excellent analytical skills and systematic work approachDemonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast changing and dynamic environmentKnowledge in semiconductor Backend manufacturing processes and landscape is advantageousKnowledge in Tableau is preferredBasic knowledge of programming language (Excel VBA, Python, SQL/Database) is advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with ability to interact effectively with various levels of people.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
