Staffing Manager

With over 1,000 experts across 20+ countries, we partner with top organisations to design and deploy transformative data and AI solutions.We’re looking for a Staffing Manager to join our Dubai team and play a key role in shaping how we deploy, develop, and grow our regional consulting and technical teams.What will you do?Manage the staffing of consultants, data scientists, and engineers across MENA projects.Match project needs with team skills, availability, and individual learning goals.Forecast and plan resourcing in coordination with Project Leads, Delivery Directors, and HR.Track utilization, bench, and hiring needs; produce regular insights for leadership.Support career development by aligning staffing with growth and upskilling priorities.Continuously improve staffing processes, ensuring fairness and agility.What We’re Looking For?3-5 years’ experience in resource management or staffing within data & AI consulting, digital, or technology services firms.Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and technical roles (data engineers, ML engineers, analysts, etc.).Analytical and structured mindset; advanced Excel/BI skills preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Join Us: At Artefact, we believe that technology is only as powerful as the people who use it.If you’re ready to help shape how AI is adopted responsibly and effectively in leading companies, we’d love to hear from you.
