With fresh capital and a team of accomplished builders, we’re laying the infrastructure that will define how user-interactive AI is delivered at scale. We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive operational excellence for our growing engineering team at an early-stage, high-growth startup. You’ll implement light-but-effective processes that bring clarity, accountability, and momentum—without bogging the team down. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and speed, treats process as a product, and understands the dynamics of fast-paced startups building open-source SaaS products for demanding customers. ? Series A or Series B startup experience is required. What You’ll DoDrive task clarity by breaking work into detailed, well-structured ticketsRun rigorous sprint planning, estimation, and prioritizationEnsure high standards in ticket writing, acceptance criteria, and QA practicesImplement end-to-end quality guardrails and testing practicesLead lightweight rituals (standups, grooming, retros) that scale with the teamCollaborate closely with product and engineering leadership on roadmap planningEnsure cross-functional alignment and keep teams on track for major deliverablesHelp improve and evolve engineering processes to support rapid growthWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have Experience:
? 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager within software teams? Proven success working in early-stage startups (Series A/B required)? Strong knowledge of agile, sprint planning, and estimation techniques? Experience supporting open-source software projects? Familiarity with SaaS delivery, customer-facing SLAs, and service uptime expectations? Strong communication and documentation skills? Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Shortcut, or Asana? Technical background (you can engage deeply with engineering teams)Nice-to-Haves:
