Summary of the positionInformation Technology (IT) is considered the administrative part of the business and where centralized services needed to support the business operations are kept. Operational Technology (OT) is considered the manufacturing part of the business providing the applications and systems that support production of Curium products.

The Technology Support role provides technical support to the PET EUR community primarily but not exclusively in Spain ensuring the support is delivered round the core needs of the business and end-users in a high quality, professionally and in timely mannerLocation: Primarily on-site in Helsinki, with occasional visits to other Curium sites as agreed. Availability: We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is already located in Finland. Contract Type: Temporary contract via StaffPoint until end of 2025, with a possibility of extension. Working hours: Standard full-time hours per week.

Essential FunctionsEnsure all technological systems are fully operational and functionalProvide user support for incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, phone, remote access, or on-site assistanceDeliver or coordinate 2nd and 3rd line support with wider IT teamsCollaborate with central Technology teams (Networks, Infrastructure, Security) to ensure reliable and efficient service deliveryMonitor and maintain production systems, providing remote or on-site support as neededEngage with local suppliers and vendors for maintenance and support, ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentationPerform system maintenance, upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting in coordination with business users, central teams, and vendorsSupport the delivery of global IT projects within the countryConfigure, install, and support end-user devices (computers, printers, phones)Maintain accurate IT inventory records for hardware, software, applications, and licensesAct as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical support when requiredUpdate critical records including configuration data, equipment lists, and CMDB entriesProvide support for in-house developed applications and software, where applicableAdminister applications and manage user profiles as neededCreate and maintain technical documentationProvide support for server and network administration tasksPromote awareness and adherence to IT security policies and requirementsMaintain clear and regular communication with management and colleaguesContribute technical input to the intake process and project delivery, including:

Device implementation and configurationDocumentation of operating procedures and application configurationsUser training and onboardingSupport for validation and qualification processesAssistance with application/system release to productionTransition support to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operationsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in IT support or as an IT specialistHands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNowStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in managed IT environmentsExperience working with matrix teams and external vendorsSolid understanding of network architecture, servers, switches, firewalls, and hardware/software specificationsDemonstrated urgency and prioritization in handling critical, high-impact issuesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and understand business needsProven track record of meeting SLAs and KPIs in IT support rolesProficient in Microsoft technologies:
