Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project planning, monitoring progress, and preparing orientation materialsMaintain and distribute project documentation, including contact lists, charts, and contractual detailsSet up and manage project management tools, draft reports, briefing notes, and presentationsCoordinate and support training activities for project team membersPerform data entry, analysis, and provide solutions to project challengesSupport lifecycle processes of information management and digital transformationDevelop and maintain support resources and digital tool tutorialsTriage and respond to support requests and inquiriesMigrate content to SharePoint Online and help automate workflows within Microsoft 365 / D365Qualifications:
Minimum secondary school diploma (post-secondary preferred)At least 2 years of relevant project administration experience in the last 5 yearsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with Information Management, including Microsoft 365 and/or Defence 365 SharePointStrong proficiency in English (oral, written, and comprehension – Advanced)Experience in coordinating, supporting, and tracking project milestones and deliverablesAssets: Familiarity with public sector or government environmentsExperience in digital tool adoption, user support, and trainingStrong analytical and documentation skillsAdditional Details: Equipment Provided:
