Our technology starts with you._______________________________________________________________YOUR ROLE Production performance monitoringAnalyze production KPIs: OEE, yields, scrap rate, downtime.Identify root causes of underperformance (equipment failures, process issues, organization).Propose and follow up corrective action plans.Continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen)Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects: 5S, SMED, flow optimization.Contribute to the standardization of work instructions.Update and maintain production documentation.Support to production teamsInterface with operators, technicians, maintenance, quality, process engineers.Support problem solving on the shop floor (5 Whys, Fishbone, QRQC, etc.).Contribute to training and awareness of operators on new standards and procedures.Industrialization / tools deployment projectsSupport ramp-up of new products or new equipment (qualification, tuning, validation).Contribute to the improvement of routing, cycle times, and line balancing.Help implement or enhance digital monitoring tools (MES, dashboards, reporting).Safety & QualityComply with and promote HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.Contribute to reducing non-conformities and quality incidents.PROFILEEngineer or Master’s degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalentKnowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement________________________________________________________________________ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
