Job Description

Join one of the leaders in In Vitro Diagnostics. STAGO Group has over 2,700 employees worldwide and develops, produces, sells and supports diagnostic analysis equipment and reagents to laboratories and public/private hospitals all over the world. Within our Customer Support team you will provide scientific support and expertise on this range to our customers throughout New Zealand, and to our field service team throughout ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. As such, your main functions will be to:

• To develop relationships with all system placement sites• To perform training and guidance to customers• To investigate and resolve customer reports of problems• To Install Instruments• To Observe Health and safety practices• Actively participate in working groups focused on resolving technical cases, providing scientific expertise and overall continuous improvements• Work closely with all departments involved (sales, marketing, technical support, hotlines, supply chains, regulatory…)• Ensure that your scientific and product knowledge is kept up to date across our product portfolio. • Follow all procedures and regulatory requirements at all times. Your profile and skills that are needed for this role :

• Relevant scientific tertiary degree qualification• You ideally have a science background in Haemostasis and Haematology; you already have similar experience in medical devices and/or IVD instrumentation;• Knowledge of laboratory practice and laboratory information systems• Knowledge and use of middleware• A strong team player with the ability to deal with deadlines• You are tech-savvy and proficient in software applications, including MS Office. • Proven experience in achieving customer support satisfaction with integrity, empathy, and sincerity• Excellent interpersonal skills• Confident in your own abilities and autonomous. • Hold appropriate qualifications and licences. The following skills would be greatly appreciated :

• Problem-solving skills• Ability to discriminate between technical and application-related problems• Basic knowledge of IT systems, network environments, and laboratory computer connections. • Have a keen interest in online learning and training design.
