Job OverviewThe Stakeholder Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including government institutions, shareholders, business partners, and the community. The position supports corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs to ensure alignment between the organization’s goals and external expectations. The role contributes directly to maintaining the company’s reputation, securing social license to operate, and supporting strategic initiatives through effective stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans aligned with corporate strategy.Maintain active liaison with government bodies, regulators, and institutional partners.Support the organization of public events, visits, and forums with stakeholders.Prepare official correspondence, presentations, and reports for external communications.Monitor and analyse stakeholder issues and provide recommendations to management.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.Manage media relations and assist in handling external communications or crisis situations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Public Policy, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in stakeholder relations, public affairs, or corporate communication (preferably in BUMN, government projects, or regulated industries).Strong understanding of government protocol, institutional coordination, and corporate communication practices.Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professionalism under pressure.High integrity, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for both written and verbal communication.
