Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for the following accounting functions: balance sheet substantiation, instituting of financial controls, general ledger integrity, audit coordination, financial statement preparation, reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of control accounts, tax compliance and functions relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger. QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeFinance and Accounting or equivalentProfessional Certification: CPA (K)/ ACCA or equivalentExperience RequiredFinancial/Statutory Accounting3 yearsAccounting, financial reporting, and financial controls experience in a large financial institution or a reputable audit firm. Financial statements external audit experience in banking. Working knowledge of accounting software.
