The OpportunityWe are looking for an Expert Professional to drive the implementation of the latest internal and external Standards in our Power Transformers factories across Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to broaden your expertise across various disciplines and functions, engage in dynamic projects and build a strong professional network both within and outside our organization.How You’ll Make An ImpactYou will be an active member of International Standards Committees, staying up to date with emerging changes and requirements and influencing standards developmentYou will support Product Management in developing and implementing our Global Technology Platform by engaging in requirements definition and supporting the rollout phasesYou will work with Teams from various functions, including Engineering, Operations and Quality. You will establish and maintain both internal and external networks to facilitate information exchangeYou will oversee operations across multiple factories and work towards operational harmonizationYou will ensure the effective implementation of both internal and external standards within our Power Transformers Units in Europe by conducting audits, identifying gaps and facilitating their resolutionYou will be responsible for communicating updates, delivering training sessions and providing support and technical guidance to colleagues on Standards Compliance related questionsYou will represent our Company in standard-related discussions with customers and industry stakeholdersResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your BackgroundMaster’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical are preferred)10 to 15 years of experience in the Power Transformer field, preferably at Hitachi EnergyExperience in Project Management and managing Functional TeamsDeep knowledge of transformers design, manufacturing, testing and operationsInterest in AI tools and their potential integration into one's workL6S green belt is preferredStrong communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spokenExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively in international environmentAvailability to travel (25% of the time)Ready to Make an Impact?
