We’re looking for bright Star Protégés to join our team. At Critical TechWorks, our Star Protégés are not just interns, but future tech trailblazers. If you’re a recent graduate, joining us as a Star Protégé means embarking on a journey filled with challenges, growth, and innovation.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), six-month internship, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are available and interested in joining us as full-time employees if everything goes well. This format works best for both of us - you can understand the lifecycle of our products and become familiar with our methods. With a scholarship and the opportunity to work alongside our technical stars, this internship is more than just a stepping stone—it’s a career-defining experience.As a Star Protégé, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies while contributing to real-world projects shaping mobility's future. From autonomous driving to vehicle connectivity, you’ll have the chance to make an impact right away.In-House Training: Become fully integrated into our development teams and work on real projects. With support from experienced mentors, you'll build upon your skills in exciting technologies - such as Java, C++/Android, Data, or others - depending on the project.Real-World Experience: Apply your newfound knowledge to live projects within our units, collaborating with top engineers on products that matter.Innovative Methodologies: Gain firsthand exposure to BizDevOps and Agile/Scrum principles, the cornerstones of how we work and innovate.This is no ordinary internship; it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and shine in an inspiring environment that supports creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:A desired degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems and Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering.Academic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), preferably Java, Python, or C++.Academic familiarity with Android, C++, DevOps, Cloud Security or Data Engineering.CTW's Daily ToolkitApart from great technical skills, our environment is fast-paced and 100% agile, and prioritizes autonomy, teamwork, interaction and resilience. This means our Star Protégés must also possess the following:Embrace agile and its implementation frameworks namely Scrum, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a high-performing team.Be available to be a cross-functional team member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.Use standard software engineering practices and tools like version control, IDEs, data dashboards, to manage and keep a systematic and organized development process.Use state of the art DevOps quality practices and tools such as Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to build, analyse, perform automated testing and deployment processes, to ensure a streamlined and reliable development workflow.Have excellent English oral and written skills.
