The RoleJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Arrival Executive to manage and facilitate smooth arrival experiences for clients or guests in Thailand. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact upon arrival, ensuring all arrival-related services and logistics are handled efficiently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet clients, guests, or VIPs at the airport or arrival point. Coordinate airport transfers, accommodation check-ins, and travel itineraries. Liaise with transportation providers, hotel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Provide assistance with immigration procedures, baggage handling, and any special requests.

Handle last-minute changes, delays, or special requirements with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and services provided. Provide a warm and welcoming experience that reflects the company’s standards of hospitality. Communicate effectively in English and Thai with clients and vendors. Provide post-arrival support and follow-ups as needed. Ideal ProfileQualificationsProven experience in hospitality, travel & tourism, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Thai (both spoken and written). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Familiarity with airports and local transportation routes in Thailand. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and irregular hours. Preferred QualificationsDiploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Experience working with tour operators or DMCs (Destination Management Companies).
