Job Summary and MissionThis role contributes to the success of Starbucks Asia Pacific by acting as a talent advisor and enabler to the business. The main purpose of the role is to enable Starbucks Asia Pacific to achieve its business objectives through providing direction on hiring strategy, selection process and identifying the right talents, internally and externally, for the business. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles and operating framework.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple recruitment projects within a broad and complex portfolio from end to endProvide thought partnership and influence on hiring strategy and selection process across a wide variety of client groupsDrive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives such as employer branding campaign across markets in the Asia Pacific regionDrive innovation and continuous improvement based on client feedback and talent acquisition metrics Responsible for implementation of platforms and tools at enterprise and regional levels such as applicant tracking systemBe an advocate for the region within the Starbucks talent acquisition community and maintain rapport with the enterprise teamChampion Starbucks values, bringing inclusion and diversity to life in the recruitment and selection processEmbrace growth mindset by supporting or taking on collaboration projects within AP partner resources team across a variety of domains such as talent management and organizational developmentRequired Experience6 years of experience in HR, within which 3 years in recruitment, preferably in-houseExperience in business partner and/ or talent management highly preferredExperience in project management preferredRequired Skills and CapabilitiesStakeholder managementEnd-to-end thinkingAbility to influence without authorityAbility to navigate multiple prioritiesAbility to develop and maintain a global talent networkEducationBachelor’s degree
