The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of P&C insurance principles, processes, and systems. ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements pertinent to P&C insurance operations. Conducting insightful research into P&C insurance products, markets, and competitors to identify enhancements and opportunities. Leveraging extensive P&C insurance knowledge to design and develop impactful solutions for business challenges. Partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless implementation of developed business solutions.
Providing in-depth expertise for the development and upgrading of P&C insurance systems and applications. Performing meticulous data analysis and validation to maintain system data accuracy. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, business process flows, and user manuals. RequirementsDeep understanding of P&C insurance principles, products, and methodologies. Proven expertise in PL/SQL with the ability to craft intricate queries for database data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with dimensional data marts and their applications in data warehousing settings. Proficiency in business intelligence tools for developing reports and dashboards specific to P&C insurance analytics.
Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex requirements into tangible functional specifications. Strong communication proficiency for efficient collaboration with both technical and non-technical parties. Rigorous attention to detail, emphasizing data integrity and precision. Capacity to independently handle tasks within dynamic team settings, adhering to multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferably, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Notable experience within the P&C insurance industry will be advantageous. Skills:
