Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and culturally fluent Head of Overseas Marketing & Brand to lead our consumer-facing brand storytelling and marketing efforts in Europe and North America. This role is pivotal in shaping how our products resonate with global audiences, particularly through compelling content and authentic narratives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute localized brand strategies for Europe and North America, with a strong emphasis on content-driven growth. Craft and lead creative marketing campaigns that effectively connect our products with local cultural values and lifestyles (e. g. , nature, sustainability, animal welfare).
Lead end-to-end brand building for new products (0 to 1), especially in content development and consumer conversion via storytelling and UGC (user-generated content). Work closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure a coherent global brand voice. Analyze market trends and consumer insights in Western markets to guide brand positioning and campaign development. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of study, work, or life experience in Western countries (North America or Europe) is a must. Native-level English fluency and a deep understanding of Western consumer culture and communication styles.
Proven track record of content marketing and creative campaign execution—creativity and originality are must-haves. Experience leading or contributing to the launch of a new product (0–1), ideally in a consumer product setting. Strong UGC strategy and execution capabilities; performance marketing background is not the focus. Prior experience in consumer electronics or lifestyle consumer products targeting Western markets is a strong plus.
