We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager at our Calgary base in the Human Resources department. While you may not be flying the helicopter or providing patient care, as a member of STARS’ Human Resources team, you will play an important role in STARS’ life-saving mission. Leading the HRBP team by providing guidance and support in navigating their client group needs and prioritiesCoordinating HR activities through the assessment of capacity and organizational prioritiesMaking decisions on HR processes to ensure consistency and continuity of applicationActing as a HRBP to client groupsProviding quality support to leaders regarding all aspects of human resources management including compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning and HR policies and proceduresQualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of progressive HR experience, leadership and responsibility in strategic HR positions, consulting and/or business advisory capacityBachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field; relevant experience considered, having a CHRP is considered an assetYou have strong diagnostic skills followed by the ability to evaluate alternatives and to develop recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional challengesWhat we offer: At STARS, every day we come to work with a purpose, to save lives.
