Strong English & Arabic communication skills. Proven experience working for any GCC startups (e. g. , Noon, Talabat, Snoonu) or business development. Qatar network for Seed fundraising or partner acquisition. Ability to invest to deliver tech (e. g. , 200K QAR MVP equivalent) or marketing (150K QAR campaigns). Winner mentality, independent work ethic. Minimum 16 hours/week availability, remote-friendly.
