Identify customer needs and deliver the best possible solutions. Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless resolutions. Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team spirit. What You Bring:Fluency in one of the listed languages and good English (B2 level or higher). A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service. Strong communication and active listening skills. Flexibility to work in rotative shifts (MondaySunday, 24/7) with two rotating days off.
