About The RoleWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive the next stage of growth and operational excellence for a fast-growing regenerative healthcare startup. This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about wellness and innovation. As COO, you’ll work closely with the CEO and department heads to streamline operations, optimize team structures, and elevate the service experience across all business units. You’ll oversee multiple departments and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with the company's long-term vision.

This role suits someone with experience scaling service businesses, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality who can lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and turn strategy into action. ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Design & Workforce StrategyCollaborate with the HR team to design and optimize the organizational chart for maximum operational efficiency. Strategically assess and plan headcount requirements across departments. Support the hiring process, participating in final-stage interviews and leadership evaluations. Cross-Departmental ManagementOversee the management team and provide goals, feedback, mentorship and support when needed (if headcount is low) across key functional areas:

Finance / Purchasing and Inventory Management / Stock & Supply ChainClinic OperationsCustomer ExperienceMarketing and Sales (no leader at the moment) Business development Monitor and guide departmental leaders to identify gaps and execute continuous improvement strategies. Align quarterly performance targets and KPIs across all business functions. Multi-site Oversight & Infrastructure ManagementManage all business locations, ensuring consistent operations, experience, and performance standards. Supervise lease agreements, rent negotiations, utility contracts, and other administrative operations relevant to each site. Training & Staff DevelopmentPartner with HR to develop and conduct training programs tailored to:

operational efficiency, mindset and behavioral shift, new tools, SOPs, and performance frameworksLead change management initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. Executive Partnership & Strategic InputServe as the right-hand to the CEO by offering informed feedback, strategic guidance, and action plans on: new campaigns, company goals and metrics, emerging projects and business opportunitiesRepresent operational perspectives in executive decisions and execute agreed-upon directives with precision. QualificationsProven experience in an executive operational leadership role (e. g. COO, VP of Operations, etc.

)Strong background in scaling operational systems, preferably in hospitality or healthcare (clinic/ spa/ hospital)Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and change managementExcellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skillsComfortable in high-growth, dynamic environments with a hands-on leadership styleLanguage ProficiencyNative ThaiFluent English
