As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for implementing measures to optimise operations, foster a motivated workforce, and improve patient experiences. Patient care is our priority. and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This is a full-time, hands on position where no two days will be the same.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Develop and execute strategic plans for clinic operations and growth, aligning with company goalsOversee the day-to-day operations of assigned dental clinics, ensuring compliance and high-quality service deliveryManage and monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators across all clinicsLead, mentor, and support the clinic team to achieve operational goals and foster a positive workplace cultureImplement best practices for patient engagement and satisfaction to drive patient retention and loyaltyCollaborate with marketing initiatives to promote the brand and expand the patient baseMaintain relationships with external stakeholders and community members to enhance brand visibility and reputationConduct regular reviews and audits of clinic practices and compliance with regulatory standardsRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in the healthcare or dental sectorProven track record of success in operational leadership, strategic planning, and team developmentStrong understanding of dental industry regulations, compliance, and best practicesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environmentIf you are passionate about transforming dental care in Queensland and possess the leadership qualities to drive significant change, we want to hear from you!
