LICENSING SPECIALIST*This position has the ability to work remotely*Job Location: 1740 West Adams Street Suite 3600Phoenix, Arizona 85007Posting DetailsAnnual Salary Range: $42,000 - $46,000Grade: 17This position will close Monday July 28, 2025Job SummaryThe Licensing Specialist is familiar with relevant statutes and rules and is able to process all license application and renewal types, as assigned, in a timely manner utilizing critical thinking skills.
The Licensing Specialist processes all application types for the Massage Therapy Board. The Licensing Specialist will also follow up on deficient items in a timely manner. The Licensing Specialist will perform any other responsibilities as required. Job Duties Analyze, verify, interpret, and track primary source documentation received in support of license applications to determine validity and completeness of documents and identify deficiencies Respond to requests either verbally or in writing regarding application status and processes related to Arizona licensure ensuring that statutes and rules are followed Other duties as assigned as related to the positionKnowledge OfKnowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
