Minimum QualificationsA master’s degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus three years of experience providing behavioral health treatment; ORA doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus two years of experience providing behavioral health treatment. Job Duties: Job Duties and Other InformationAs a Behavioral Health Program Director A, the incumbent will:
Plan, supervise, and direct the Clinical Department of the Terrebonne Behavioral Health Center. Supervision is exercised over other clinical staff. Monitor, assess, and develop clinical core competencies, training, and orientation by clinical supervision and oversee all clinicians providing direct treatment services. Provide formal clinical supervision to interns, counselors, and master-level clinicians. This is a highly responsible, professional-level clinical and supervisory position receiving broad directives from administration, and must be a licensed master-level clinician in good standing.
