The post holder will lead the handling operations of one of easyJet's largest seasonal bases in Spain, with up to nine aircraft based during the summer season, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and a robust partnership with the carrier. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspiring leader, capable of motivating the workforce and driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.What You Will Be DoingPlanning, organization, and direction of operational activities at PMI airportLeading, developing coaching and motivating senior managers to develop and utilize theirMaximizing performance and efficiency in collaboration with easyJet, within the scope of a single-airline handling model.Leading service delivery to customer airlines in accordance with service level agreements and agreed budgetary levels.Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
