🔍 We’re Hiring: Station Supervisor /Air Fright Exporting Fresh FruitLocation: El Obour, Egypt | Full-Time | On-SiteAre you passionate about optimizing supply chains logistics in a dynamic, exports-focused environment? INRIPE is looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Demand & Planning Specialist** to join our innovative team.About the role:As a key player in our supply chain team, you will support in production ,procurement , inventory planning, logistics and supply coordination to ensure seamless operations across Egypt, UAE, and Qatar. Your insights will drive efficiency, minimize risks, and support our mission to deliver premium Egyptian produce to international markets.What you will do:- Develop accurate demand forecasts using market data, sales insights, and historical trends.- Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to align supply plans with market demand.- Manage inventory levels, optimize replenishment, and reduce stock outs/excess stock using FIFO principles.- Coordinate procurement activities, with a focus on fresh food industries, ensuring timely sourcing of products.- Oversee stock management and inventory control, utilizing ERP systems like Odoo for real-time tracking.- Handle order management processes from placement to fulfillment.- Manage logistics operations, with experience in air freight for perishable products.- Coordinate distribution and oversee payment collection processes.- Prepare and maintain supply and demand plans, supporting operational and strategic decisions.- Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvements.- Work closely with farms, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.- React quickly to market changes, adjusting plans proactively.What We are looking for:- 4-7 years max in station demand forecasting planning, production & quality , supply chain management, or related roles—preferably in fresh produce, export industries, or related fields.- Strong experience in order management, logistics (especially for perishable products via air freight), procurement, stock management, and inventory control.- Strong analytical skills and experience with demand forecasting tools and ERP systems, especially Odoo.- Knowledge of FIFO inventory management principles.- Ability to develop actionable supply plans aligned with market needs and operational capabilities.- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
