 We’re looking for a Junior People Business Partner to join our brilliant People Team based in Vienna reporting into our European Head of People and partnering closely with our General Managers to support our people and create a positive work environment. We are looking for a motivated Junior People Business Partner to initially support the day-to-day operations of our People practices in our Wilde, Fleischmarkt property (136 keys) and in the future, take on a cluster role for our hotly anticipated openings across Vienna.

You will be a trusted partner and first point of contact for all people related matters including onboarding, employee relations, talent attraction, and learning needs You support our team members throughout the entire employee lifecycle, working through, and with our leaders to deliver an exceptional pre-start and onboarding experience, to drive usage of our HRIS, Bob and supporting with any ER related matters You will collaborate with our central People team, and People BPs across Europe to work on exciting projects such as our leadership program- Elevate, Staywell initiative and our discovery program You will support our leaders with our HRIS, Bob with ensuring all essential information (e.

g. employee data, sick leave, entries and exits) is updated and our Payroll team have accurate information You will partner with our L&D Manager and People Managers to identify training needs, skills gaps and develop initiatives to support this. Support our leaders to hire exceptional talent;- working in collaboration with our central recruitment team to ensure all job specs are aligned to our SCG standard, and are posted on all channels.

Partnering with our central People team to coach, and build the capacity of our Leaders to utilise our HRIS analytics tool;- ensuring we take a data-driven approach to people decisions Ideally you will have the following:

Ideally experience working in a similar HR role within the Viennese Hospitality market Ability to manage competing workstreams, and prioritise what we will drive impact and support our Operations teams Communicates clearly and openly with the central People team, and our Operations leaders Be a trusted partner and first point of contact to our Operations teams;- demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, and a people first approach (Ideal but not essential) you have completed a commercial education - ideally supplemented by an additional qualification in Human Resources or a degree with a focus on HR.

You are well-versed in Austrian labor law- and can advise our leaders on the appropriate processes to follow You have practical experience working with Viennese authorities such as AMS, AUVA, and ÖGK. You have excellent German skills, both spoken and written, and are fluent in English - additional languages are always a plus! Join us and be part of the journey.
