Who You AreExperienced backend engineer who’s worked at early-stage startups or has thrived in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. You’re comfortable across the modern cloud-native stack - AWS, Kubernetes, containers, IAM, VPCs, etc. Proficient in Go or Node. js (TypeScript), with strong fundamentals in building reliable systems. Curious, product-aware, and pragmatic - you enjoy solving tough technical problems and working closely with product. Strong communicator who thrives in early team dynamics and ambiguity.
